After graduation lived in Minneapolis, married but unfortunately divorced.  Worked at various companies in the area of accounting and customer services.  Was asst. auditor for Sheraton Hotels, Inc. prior to marrying Larry, a Viet Nam veteran who reenlisted shortly after we married.  I spent a lot of time packing or unpacking while Larry rotated for short tours of training or long tours of duty.  Home has been Missouri, Alabama, Kansas, Korea (for 5 years) & Ft. McCoy, WI where Larry was alerted for a tour in Saudi Arabia,  Our kids rebelled, we reassessed our priorities (in other words the kids won) and Larry left active duty.  (He did retire from the 902 MI Group with an accumulation of 27 years active and reserve).

We made our home in St. Croix Falls, WI.  Larry went to work as a carrier for the Postal Dept. and I worked with my brother who owned Lakes Florist.  (Earned my Icheban Certification in Korea).  After his death opened Nita's Flower Shop where I loved seeing and hearing from many of the '57 classmates and filling your floral needs.

In 2001 Social Security made a mistake by sending a printout of credits earned and benefits available.  One look and it was "BYE"!

My life is full with our children, grandchildren, laughing with the Red Hat ya yas of '57 (Diane Jacobson gets so dolled up she stops traffic), golf, bowling, bocce ball, and always have purse in hand ready to go,  I no longer drive due to an eye condition - pattern retina dystrophy.

Larry still works and I still pack and unpack,  We rent an apartment in Shafer Oct. thru Jan.  Go to McAllen TX Feb and Mar.  and spend May thru Sep at Hillcrest RV Park on North Center Lake.  With personal items in three locations plus senior moments I am always looking for something.  And next Sept. will be looking for all of you!
