"Neil was born in St. Paul on July 5, 1939 and two years later the family moved to Center City. He died in a tragic car accident on June 8, 1967. Neil was a welder for Gruman Steel and 3M. He was survived by his wife Janet and four children; Janet, Kathy, Kimberly and Scott."
